4. Orders and Payments
- Pricing: All prices are in USD and include applicable service fees

- Service Fees: Digital gift cards have a $10 flat service fee; physical services have a 15% commission (minimum $10)
- Processing Fees: Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply to all transactions
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 24 hours
- Delivery: Digital gift cards are delivered via email; physical items may take longer
5. Refund Policy
- Digital gift cards are non-refundable once delivered
- Refunds may be issued for undelivered or incorrect orders
