GiveSecretly offers two types of delivery services: digital gift card delivery (instant) and physical gift delivery (shipped). This policy outlines our delivery methods, timelines, and procedures.

Digital Gift Cards

Delivery Method

Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient's email address you provide.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Processing: Within 24 hours of order placement
  • Rush Processing: Within 2-4 hours (available upon request)
  • Scheduled Delivery: On the specific date/time you choose

  • Gift card code and redemption instructions
  • Optional personalized message (anonymous)
  • Link to redeem or use the gift card
  • Terms and conditions from the gift card issuer

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once the gift card has been delivered to the recipient. This confirmation does not reveal your identity to the recipient.

Delivery Method

Physical gifts are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fee)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional fee)
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days before shipment

Shipping Costs

  • Standard: $5.99 - $9.99 (based on weight/size)
  • Expedited: $15.99 - $24.99
  • Express: $29.99 - $39.99
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $100

Tracking

All physical shipments include tracking. You will receive:

  • Tracking number via email once shipped
  • Real-time tracking updates
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Signature required for orders over $200

Packaging

All gifts are packaged discreetly with no indication of sender identity:

  • Plain packaging with no branding
  • Return address shows our business name only
  • No packing slip or invoice included
  • Optional gift wrapping available

Charitable Donations

Supporting causes that matter

Processing

Donations are processed and sent to the designated organization within 2-3 business days.

Confirmation

  • You receive confirmation that donation was made
  • Recipient organization receives donation anonymously
  • Tax receipt available upon request (with your name, not anonymous)

Delivery Issues

Email Not Received (Digital)

If the recipient doesn't receive the digital gift card:

  • Check spam/junk folder
  • Verify email address is correct
  • Contact us within 48 hours for resend
  • We will resend at no additional charge

Package Not Received (Physical)

If the physical package is not received:

  • Check tracking information
  • Verify delivery address
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us if not delivered within expected timeframe
  • We will file a claim with the carrier
  • Replacement or refund provided once claim is resolved

Damaged Package

If the package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of damage
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately
  • We will attempt to intercept the package
  • If already shipped, address correction fees may apply
  • If package is returned to us, we will reship at no charge

International Delivery

Digital Gift Cards

Available worldwide for most gift card brands. Some restrictions apply based on the gift card issuer's policies.

Physical Gifts

Currently, physical gift shipping is available within the United States only. International shipping coming soon.

Holiday Delivery

During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day):

  • Order early to ensure timely delivery
  • Digital gift cards: Order at least 48 hours in advance
  • Physical gifts: Order at least 10 business days in advance
  • Expedited shipping recommended for last-minute orders
  • Holiday cutoff dates will be posted on our website
